Ready to Ship
Items in our Ready to Ship Collection are already in stock and ready to head your way.
Orders containing only Ready to Ship items are typically packed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow your Happy Mail all the way home.
Weekly Preorders
Our Weekly Preorders are where you’ll find many of our newest and limited-time finds.
New preorders are added throughout the week and typically remain open through Sunday at midnight CST. Vendor orders are placed on Monday morning.
Each preorder listing includes an estimated turnaround time (TAT). Please check this before ordering, as timelines vary by item and vendor and can range from approximately 7–10 business days to 4–6 weeks.
Turnaround time begins once our vendor order is submitted and is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.
As soon as preorder items arrive to us, we work to have them packed and on their way to you within 24 hours whenever possible.
Ordering Ready to Ship + Preorder Items Together
If your order contains both Ready to Ship and Preorder items, your order may be held until all items have arrived so they can ship together.
If you would like your Ready to Ship items sent immediately, we recommend placing them as a separate order from your preorder items.
Shipping

Shipping charges for orders under $35 are calculated at checkout.
Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. Please use the tracking information provided with your shipment for the most current delivery updates.
Preorder Cancellations + Refunds
Because preorder quantities are purchased specifically based on customer orders, all preorder sales are final once submitted to our vendor.
Preorders cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded after the vendor order has been placed.
Please double-check your size, color, quantity and estimated turnaround time before completing your purchase.

We know waiting isn’t nearly as fun as ordering.🤎 Preorders allow us to bring you a much bigger variety of special finds without limiting The Happy Haul to only what we can keep on hand.
We’ll always do our best to communicate unexpected vendor delays and get your goodies headed your way as quickly as possible once they arrive.
